Terms of Service

By signing in to a MedSelect portal you accept these Terms. Use of the platform without acceptance is not authorized.

MedSelect is an operations platform that manages the web presence of physicians and clinics — search visibility, AI Citation Share measurement, editorial workflow, KVKK-aligned hosting. It is not a medical-advice service and does not provide medical guidance to patients.

You must be an authorized operator, physician, or auditor to hold a MedSelect account. Sharing credentials is forbidden. We may suspend an account that we reasonably believe has been compromised, with notice as soon as practical.

You agree not to:

• Publish content that violates Turkish medical advertising law (1219 Sayılı Kanun + relevant TTB guidance).
• Misrepresent another physician's voice or credentials.
• Bypass the editorial workflow gates (medical review, senior advisor review on high-risk).
• Attempt to exfiltrate other tenants' data.
• Reverse-engineer the AIDO probe pipeline for adversarial purposes.

Each physician retains full editorial responsibility for content published under their by-line. MedSelect's editorial chain (medical review → SEO review → publish) is a process safeguard, not a guarantee of medical accuracy.

You retain copyright in content you author. By publishing through MedSelect, you grant MedSelect a non-exclusive license to display, measure, and report on that content as part of platform operations (AIDO probes, GSC analytics, weekly digests).

Either party may terminate the engagement with reasonable notice. On termination, your published content remains in place; account data is anonymized per the privacy policy.

The platform is provided "as is". We don't warrant continuous availability, error-free operation, or specific search/AI citation outcomes — those depend on factors outside our control (search engine algorithms, AI system behavior).

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MedSelect's aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the platform is capped at the fees paid by the affected tenant in the prior 12 months.

These Terms are governed by Turkish law. Disputes shall be resolved before the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.

Substantive changes will be noticed via email to tenants ≥30 days before the effective date.
