The content problem in financial advisory

SPK Article 32 disclaimer mandate

Past performance, specific recommendations, predicted returns — each requires legally-mandated boilerplate. A missing disclaimer in an SPK audit is a fine. Manual insertion isn't sustainable.

License & scope-of-authority provenance

Investment advisor + portfolio management + activity permits carry different scopes. Content that recommends outside scope can revoke a license. Every article needs a 'this content is within X license scope' record.

Invisibility to AI engines

What firms does ChatGPT cite for 'Istanbul wealth advisor' or 'Turkey boutique investment firm'? FinTech competitors already ahead in SEO will be ahead in the AI answer layer too. This is the only tool measuring it early.

Select OS, financial edition

Automatic disclaimer engine

Each content type (general market commentary, specific product analysis, portfolio recommendation) is bound to its SPK-compliant disclaimer template. When the editor selects a 'specific advice' draft category, the disclaimer block is auto-inserted + audit-logged.

Schema.org FinancialService + Person

Each advisor: Person JSON-LD + bar/CFA/SPK license + areaServed. Firm: FinancialService + serviceType + worksFor. AI engines treat this metadata as a higher-trust signal in 'unbiased professional advisor' searches.

SPK-defensible content records

When an SPK audit requests content records: all versions + reviewers + dates + disclaimer-package, exported as hash-chained proof. Audits take seconds, not days. One audit infrastructure for KVKK + SPK.

Which firms we work with

  • Boutique wealth management — HNWI clients, partner-driven content
  • SPK-licensed investment advisories — mixed institutional + retail client base
  • Family office advisors — discretion + audit-trail combination is critical

Founding tenant pricing

First 2-3 financial tenants in Phase 4: €3,000–€5,000/month. Onboarding ~4 weeks (SPK compliance audit + disclaimer-engine config add weeks). Financial-firm FAQ

Does the disclaimer engine just insert the same boilerplate everywhere?

No. The engine detects content type (general_market_commentary, specific_product_analysis, portfolio_recommendation, performance_review) and inserts the SPK-appropriate boilerplate. Voice card setup defines your license + scope; the engine calibrates the disclaimer language accordingly.

How are content records delivered in an SPK audit?

Audit-log CSV export (live in Tier D): date range + author + reviewer + content hash + disclaimer-block + version no. Hash-chain integrity is verified daily via cron. SPK-format export ships in Phase 4.

Do you use LLMs to generate content? Is that an SPK issue?

LLMs are used for brief generation + grammar pass. Final draft always goes through a **licensed human** reviewer. LLM-drafted content does NOT auto-publish. This posture matches SPK's 'responsibility lies with the licensed person' rule.
